ResortGlamping.com has begun accepting reservations for GLAMPING HILLS AKAGI (195-1 Minami Akagisan, Akagi-cho, Shibukawa City, Gunma Prefecture), which will pre-open on November 3.
Located on a hilltop with a spectacular view of the mountains, stars, and night sky, the resort has a total of 10 private cabins and dome tents.
Private cabins are 26m2 in size and are equipped with air conditioning and heating, a private kitchen, shower room, and bedroom, just like a hotel. There are two types of dome tents: the 47m2 “Luxury Dome” and the 37m2 “Standard Dome. Both have a capacity of 4 people and can be used by families or groups of friends.
Meals are prepared on a glamping BBQ using local ingredients, which can be simply grilled or heated and enjoyed in the privacy of the covered terrace provided in each room. In addition to a sauna on the premises, amenities such as toothbrushes, shampoo, and body soap are provided.
During the pre-opening period from November 3 to November 21, a special 20% discount will be offered, with rates per night without meals (per person when 4 persons occupy a room) starting from 7,200 yen for a private cabin, 10,000 yen for a standard dome, and 11,200 yen for a luxury dome. Even if you stay overnight without meals, you can bring your own food and beverages, so you can enjoy BBQ freely.
