G-SHOCK and Yoshida Kaban’s main brand PORTER will release a limited edition G-SHOCK 40th Anniversary Limited Edition PORTER Collection Bag Set on November 10. The price is 184,800 yen.
It is based on the “GM-B2100” octagon-shaped analog model. The dial features the same red, blue, and gold coloring as the first-generation “DW-5000” model. The bezel and band are coated with black IP and then aged to look as if they have been used for many years. Beige luminescence is also used for the hands to evoke the appearance of aging.
The model also comes with a special collection bag created by PORTER. The bag is designed with an octagonal shape on the bottom, focusing on the details of the “GM-B2100.” Luxurious water-repellent bentile fabric woven with high density is used, and a foil-stamped leather G-SHOCK 40th anniversary mark is sewn onto the interior.
