Hyatt and Tokyu Land Corporation announced that Hyatt House Tokyo Shibuya (3-3 Sakuragaoka-cho, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo), the first Tokyo location for the Hyatt House hotel brand, will open on February 26, 2024. Reservations for the hotel will begin today, October 18.

The hotel will be located on the 1st to 3rd and 6th to 16th floors of the 30-story “Shibuya Sakura Stage,” one of the main facilities in the redevelopment project in the central area of Shibuya Station, and will be connected to Shibuya Station by a pedestrian deck.

There are a total of 126 rooms, including 18 suites. All of the rooms are spacious (32m2 or more) and equipped with a kitchen, washer/dryer, microwave oven, 55-inch or larger TV, refrigerator/freezer, and bathtub, making it possible to stay as if you were living in the apartment, whether for one night or a longer stay.

A buffet breakfast will be served at MOSS CROSS TOKYO, a modern Japanese French restaurant scheduled to open as the main dining room.

Lounge & H-Bar” is established in the reception lobby on the 16th floor. Visitors can relax at the long counter and lounge corner overlooking the outdoor garden. The 24-hour “H Market” will sell snacks, beverages, daily necessities, and products associated with Shibuya.

Other common facilities include a multi-function room facing an outdoor garden, an indoor swimming pool with Jacuzzi overlooking the Shibuya area, and a fitness gym available 24 hours a day.

The artwork from the 3rd floor entrance to each guest room is designed around the theme of the “duality” of the diverse Shibuya area.
