JR Tokai, JR West and JR Kyushu have started cooperation with transfer guide services provided by LINE Yahoo, Jorudan and Nagoya Railroad for their “Express Reservation” and “Smart EX” online reservation and ticketless boarding services for the Tokaido, Sanyo and Kyushu Shinkansen lines.
When the results of route searches in each service include the Tokaido, Sanyo, and Kyushu Shinkansen, an icon for the EX service will be displayed. When moving from the icon to the EX login screen, the search conditions will be taken over and displayed, allowing for smooth reservations.
