ICE-WATCH, a fashion watch brand from Belgium, will release a collaborative model with Dr. Yellow (Type 923), “CLASS 923 Dr. YELLOW x ICE-WATCH,” on October 1 at 10:00.
The price is 17,600 yen, and the limited edition of 480 pieces will be sold through the online store “Click! Kiosk, an online shop operated by JR Tokai Retailing Plus.
This wristwatch was produced to commemorate “Railroad Day” on October 14 and the birth of JR Tokai Retailing Plus, the merger of Tokai Kiosk and JR Tokai Passengers. The design is based on the Doctor Yellow train, known as the “yellow bullet train that brings happiness,” with blue accents.
The silicon rubber with integrated case and belt is bi-colored. The sunray dial features blue indexes, vehicle motifs and brand logo, and the serial number is engraved on the back.
It is a medium size with a case diameter of 4 mm that can be worn by all genders and ages, and is water resistant to 10 atmospheres, making it strong enough for everyday use. The paper package and the plastic case, which can be used as a piggy bank, are also specially designed and finished.
