The Ajiro Onsen Tourist Association has prepared a plan that includes special viewing seats and transportation for the additional Atami Marine Fireworks Festival on October 14.

The Atami Marine Fireworks Festival began in 1952 and is now held more than 15 times a year, making it one of Atami’s most famous fireworks displays. The beauty of the fireworks in the night sky, the reflections on the water, and the finale, “Niagara in the sky,” is so beautiful that one forgets to blink, and the acoustic effects are said to be outstanding due to the mortar-shaped terrain surrounded by mountains on three sides.

The Ajiro Onsen Tourist Association has prepared special seats for spectators to fully enjoy the powerful Atami Marine Fireworks Festival. Transportation is provided from accommodations in Ajiro Onsen, and the spacious seats are said to be a good measure against coronas.
