Hotel Toranomon Hills to Open on December 6. 205 rooms, including suites, and first-come, first-served limited stay plans.

Posted on September 27, 2023 by News Admin

HOTEL TORANOMON HILLS has set December 6 as the opening date and has begun accepting reservations.

This facility is one of the core facilities of Toranomon Hills, located on part of the first floor and the 11th to 14th floors of Toranomon Hills Station Tower, which will open on October 6. This will be the first Tokyo location for Hyatt’s independent collection brand “Unbound Collection by Hyatt”.

The interior design of all the hotel’s 205 rooms, including food and beverage facilities, was designed by Space Copenhagen, a Danish design unit making its first appearance in Japan. The designers have created a “restrained, timeless, and minimalist guest room space” by focusing on materials and details that are comfortable to the touch.

The suite features two 160m2 rooms on two levels, allowing for meetings and small events to be held in a private space: the first floor has a living room, meeting and dining space, and kitchen; the second floor has a bedroom and bathroom, and can be used for overnight stays as well as for events on an hourly basis. The second floor has bedrooms and bathrooms, and can be rented for overnight stays or events by the hour.

The hotel will also feature “The Lounge,” reminiscent of an airport lounge, with a total floor space of 350 m2. In addition to shower booths and relaxation rooms for guests arriving early in the morning, there is a meeting room that can be used during the stay for comfortable online and offline meetings, and an open-plan lounge and working space with a ceiling height of 6 meters that offers a panoramic view of Tokyo, centering on Tokyo Tower and the Toranomon area. The lounge and working space has a ceiling height of about 6 meters.

In addition, as an environmentally conscious hotel, all guest rooms will be equipped with faucets dedicated to water purification systems that provide drinking water. In addition, the hotel will use highly efficient energy utilization supplied by the energy center installed in the Toranomon Hills district, and all electricity used in the entire building, including the hotel, will be powered by “RE100” compliant renewable energy.

Food and beverage at the hotel will be provided by Le Pristine Tokyo, a casual fine dining restaurant and café-bar supervised by Dutch chef Sergio Herman, which will make its Asian debut. The immersive gastronomy blends the five elements of Le Pristine’s DNA – food, fashion, design, art, and music – and will offer contemporary European cuisine that fuses carefully selected seasonal ingredients from the Zeeland region of the Netherlands and Japan. Similarly, the hotel’s breakfast, supervised by Chef Sergio, will be served at Le Pristine Tokyo’s café-bar or through room service.
