Yoshida Kinzoku Kogyo, maker of the all-stainless steel integrated kitchen knife “GLOBAL,” has launched a new brand “GLOBAL CAMP” to enjoy its design and sharpness even in outdoor cooking, exclusively at the manufacturer’s directly managed stores (YOSHIKIN SHOP Roppongi and official online store).
The knife is thin and compact, making it easy to carry and suitable for outdoor cooking situations. It can also be safely carried in the included leather sheath (made of cowhide) without damaging the cutting edge. The cutting board is made of durable chestnut wood, which is resistant to water and contains tannin that is highly effective in preventing insects and preservatives. The entire front and back surfaces are coated with silicon, which is water-repellent and stain-resistant, allowing the board to be used as a plate for serving food after cutting.
