Asics Japan’s “SUKUm2” series of children’s shoes, “Disney Collection/DISNEY PRINCESS” is now available.
The design is based on the Disney Princesses Belle and Rapunzel. The entire shoe provides a princess-like sparkle. Priced at 6,710 yen, the shoes will go on pre-sale at online stores on September 13 and nationwide on September 20. Sizes range from 16 to 20 cm in 0.5 cm increments.
Based on yellow for Belle and lilac for Rapunzel, the upper is made of soft material with glittering lines. The toe and heel are also reinforced with lame artificial leather.
The heel has different artwork on the left and right sides, depicting characters from the movie. The belt also features floral artwork inspired by each of the princesses.
The key point of this product is that it allows the toes to move freely and easily. The insoles are made of “Shine Up,” a material with antibacterial and deodorant properties, and “Water Magic,” a material that quickly absorbs and diffuses perspiration to keep the feet feeling dry. Perfect for children who sweat easily.
