Koro-an launched “Tokyo Suzu Monaka” at its Gransta Tokyo store, inspired by Doraemon’s bell.
KOURO-AN is a Japanese sweets store from Motomachi, Yokohama, located in the first basement level ticket gates of JR Tokyo Station (Gransta Tokyo Gin-no-ring area). The “I’m Doraemon” version, a collaboration between the popular “Tokyo Suzu Monaka” and Doraemon, uses a bright yellow monaka skin to wrap KOURO-AN’s first butter Gyuhi mochi and special Koshi-an (sweet bean paste), making it easy to eat for those who do not like red bean paste.
Priced at 700 yen per box (2 pieces x 2 bags). The product will be sold in limited quantities per day starting on September 3, Doraemon’s birthday. The online store will start selling the product in October.
