The Hilton Yokohama has three food and beverage facilities within the building. Parade, an all-day dining restaurant on the third floor of the hotel building, is a 180-seat buffet restaurant offering a variety of dishes that incorporate local ingredients and seasonal specialties.
At the Live Kitchen Corner, chefs prepare signature dishes for breakfast (7:00-10:00), lunch (11:30-14:00), and dinner (18:00-21:30) in front of you, depending on the time of day. In the morning, enjoy freshly baked panini and French toast, while at night you can savor teppanyaki Japanese beef, carved Peking duck, nigiri sushi, and more.
From 3:00 p.m., it is time for dessert, and guests can enjoy hotel-made confections along with “HARNEY & SONS,” a tea brand from New York.
Prices are 3800 yen for breakfast buffet, 5500 yen for lunch buffet, 6000 yen for dessert buffet, and 7800 yen for dinner buffet.
Ocean Milano Seafood & Roast Beef, located on the second floor of the entrance building, is a specialty restaurant for adults with large windows overlooking the night view of Yokohama.
The chef’s special brand of roast beef and fresh seafood platters are served as a dinner course (from 16,000 yen). 100 kinds of carefully selected wines are also available.
There is one private room (8 seats) out of a total of 60 seats, which can be used for extraordinary occasions such as anniversaries, business entertainment, and marriage proposals. Open from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. No children under junior high school age are allowed in the restaurant.
The bar and lounge “Melody” located in the lobby on the third floor of the entrance building is symbolized by the 7-meter-high bottle tower that rises in the center. During tea time (11:00-17:00), guests can enjoy afternoon tea featuring sweets and savories prepared by the pastry chef.
Meanwhile, during bar time (17:00-23:00), enjoy original cocktails while overlooking the night view of Yokohama. Steak sandwiches, American clubhouse sandwiches, and other items to go with the drinks are also available. Live music will be performed every Friday and Saturday. The restaurant will open as soon as it is ready.
