JR East’s Redemption Point Discount Campaign for Seating on Conventional Limited Express Lines to Make Commuting to Work and Returning Home More Affordable

JR East will conduct a campaign to discount the number of points required to exchange “JRE POINT Reward Tickets” for limited express tickets on conventional lines. The tickets can only be purchased by exchanging JRE POINT through Ekinet.

Eligible trains are the Shonan, Kaiji, Hachioji, Oume, Tokiwa, and Akagi express trains operating on weekdays from October 2 to November 30. The exchange rate is 300 points for up to 50 km of operating kilometer, 500 points for up to 100 km, and 1,000 points for up to 200 km. As usual, purchase can be made one month prior to the boarding date.

Purchasers of the above express tickets can also participate in a drawing through the NewDays app, and if they win, they will receive a regular size “Mandarin Blend,” a limited time offer.
