The “Special Set,” available during the “Disney Halloween” period from September 1 to October 31, includes an appetizer, main course pasta and dessert.
The appetizers are “Duck with Orange Sauce,” “Duck Confit,” “Duck Pesto,” and “Apple Mostarda,” each of which is prepared in three different ways to give you a taste of duck. Autumn flavors such as apples and pumpkin are also added.
The main course is “Linguine with four kinds of mushrooms in cream sauce with salmon. The pasta is filled with mushrooms such as porcini, maitake, mushrooms, and eringi mushrooms! The rice paper is decorated with the image of autumn leaves to express the season. The salmon on top of the rice paper is also a highlight of the dish.
Entree choice of “Zuppa di Pesce” or “Roasted beef with red wine spice sauce with burdock risotto served with almond cake and marron cream, pear and apple sauce”. The beef is served with a spiced red wine sauce.
For dessert, the “Almond Cake with Marron Cream, Pear and Apple Sauce” will be served. The plate is decorated with a Halloween pumpkin, adding both flavor and visual appeal to the Halloween spirit.
