Sapporo Beer, JR East Japan Planning, and JR Hokkaido Fresh Kiosk will open “BEER STAND SORACHI,” a concept bar where Sapporo SORACHI 1984 draft beer is available, in the ticket gates of JR Sapporo Station from September 1 until around summer 2024 (tentative). The bar will be open for a limited time from September 1 to the summer of 2024 (scheduled).
The SORACHI 1984 brand is a beer made exclusively with the world-recognized legendary hop Sorachi Ace, and will be launched nationwide by Sapporo Beer in 2019. The concept bar is a standing bar with 10 seats, and along with the high quality draft beer, which is carefully selected in terms of delivery method, the bar will sell snacks made with carefully selected Hokkaido ingredients from DO3TABLE, which is operated by JR Hokkaido Fresh Kiosk.
In consideration of the environment, the store serves beer in 100% recyclable aluminum cups. After use, customers can take the cup home as a souvenir of their visit. The store is open daily from 11:30 to 21:30 (last order 21:00), and is completely cashless. On the first day of opening, the store will be open from 3:00 p.m. only.
