Sado Kisen will open “Sado Old Private House Stay Sadomari,” a one-room rental accommodation facility renovated from an old private house on Sado Island, on August 26.
They have renovated a historic old private house on Sado Island and transformed it into a “villa” where you can feel and enjoy the lifestyle and culture of Sado Island, and where a sense of privacy is important. The accommodation is based on a 150-year-old private house overlooking the rice fields in the center of Sado Island, and is equipped with three bedrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and shower booth in a spacious house of over 200 m2. All check-in and check-out procedures can be completed via smartphone or tablet terminals.
The space, which originally had a hearth and a characteristic space for dining and entertaining, was transformed into a living room with sofas and a state-of-the-art bio-ethanol fireplace. The kitchen, dining room, bathroom, and other living areas were renovated into modern spaces with comfort and convenience. There are three bedrooms gently divided by sliding doors, which are said to be recommended for families and friends.
