The 3rd Educational Cooperation Week | News & Media

The 3rd Educational Cooperation Week will be held on September 7-9, 2023, with the aim of helping a wide range of stakeholders in the education sector share information, exchange ideas, create knowledge, and form networks.

A total of over 3,500 people registered to participate in this educational cooperative event last year. We look forward to your participation.

Educational Cooperation for the Future Concept of the Year Through the educational cooperation platform, we will produce results that will lead to the future of educational cooperation as well as contribute to the achievement of the SDGs by 2030.

Through the Platform for Educational Cooperation, we will contribute to the achievement of the SDGs by 2030 and produce results that will lead to the future of educational cooperation Aim of this year’s event The year 2023 will see the revision of the Outline of Development Cooperation in June, as well as a revision of Japan’s educational cooperation policy. In addition, the G7 Hiroshima Summit was held in May, making this an important year for Japan’s educational cooperation.

Practitioners involved in educational cooperation to open up the future of children and youth in developing countries will gather to discuss various issues and new developments currently facing educational cooperation, with a view to producing results that will lead to the future, including the expansion of educational cooperation, in order to achieve the SDGs by 2030. At the same time, we will promote the materialization of the “Platform for Educational Cooperation,” which was launched last year.

In 2023, Japan’s educational cooperation policy will be revised in addition to the revision of the Outline of Development Cooperation in June. In addition, the G7 Hiroshima Summit was held in May, making this an important year for Japan’s education cooperation.
