JR West Japan announced that due to the approach of Typhoon No. 7, trains will be cancelled all day tomorrow, August 15, between Shin-Osaka and Okayama Stations on the Sanyo Shinkansen Line.
The service between Okayama Station and Hakata Station will be operated with reduced frequency from the first departure without the planned suspension. The company added that there is a possibility of sudden suspensions or delays depending on the impact of the typhoon.
