JR Shikoku Kotoden and JR Kotoden (Takamatsu Kotohira Electric Railway) will start selling “Kotoden/JR Kururi-n Ticket” through the ticket application “Shikoku Smart Eki-chan (Suma-Eki)”.
Unlimited unlimited rides on ordinary free seats of rapid and ordinary trains on the free section of JR Shikoku Line (between Shido, Takamatsu and Kotodaira). All Kotoden trains are free to board and alight.
With the SumaEki version, passengers can purchase tickets on the app in a cashless manner (credit card payment) without standing in line at a ticket counter or ticket vending machine, and can board a train by presenting the ticket screen to a staff member without having to issue a paper ticket.
