Azabudai Hills will open on November 24. Various urban functions, including a hotel and a commercial facility with approximately 150 stores, will be concentrated.

Mori Building announced that it has set November 24 as the opening date for Azabudai Hills (Toranomon-Azabudai Area Type 1 Urban Redevelopment Project), a development project in Minato Ward, Tokyo.

Located in Toranomon 5-chome, Azabudai 1-chome, and Roppongi 3-chome, Minato-ku, it covers a vast area of approximately 8.1 hectares. Although located in the heart of the city facing Azabu-dori, Gaien-higashi-dori, and Sakurada-dori, it is surrounded by abundant greenery.

Shingo Tsuji, President and Representative Director of Mori Building, commented on the project, mentioning the 35 years of preparation for the opening of the new building with approximately 300 rights holders, “We have finally made it to this point. (It took a long time (while transforming the project each time amidst various economic and social upheavals), but I think we have created a very nice town. I want it to be loved by all kinds of people,” he said.
