As President Tsuji has stated, “The future of Hills” embodies a “compact city within a city” that is in harmony with nature while infusing elements for a rich and humane lifestyle.

The lower floors of each facility are commercial facilities, with approximately 150 stores opening throughout the city (some from December), including fashion, food, beauty, culture, art, wellness, and more.
