Dts creation, a venture company originating from the Yatsuba and Kusatsu Onsen areas, will begin operating the Yatsuba Dam amphibious bus “Nyagaten-go” in Naganohara-cho, Gunma Prefecture, on August 10.
The Nyagaten-go had been out of service due to the expiration of the contract between the town of Naganohara and the previous operator. From now on, it will operate for 50 minutes at 2,500 yen per adult.
Many tourist facilities are located in the area surrounding the Yatsuba Dam, but they are difficult to visit by public transportation. In response to this situation, the company plans to operate a tour bus that will allow visitors to tour the Yatsuba Dam area from the winter of 2023 onward. In addition, a combination ticket with an expressway bus to the Yatsuba and Kusatsu Onsen areas will also be available.
