Gakken Holdings will release “Globe-Trotter: The World of Disney” (2,420 yen) in late October.
Featuring scenes from Disney films that showcase the countries and regions of the world, the magazine introduces the locations that served as models for the films, the cities that inspired the filmmakers, and the culture of the countries that brought the films to life. 50 films are introduced in the magazine and reviewed with their famous scenes.
The first edition will be equipped with a special reversible belt with a design of “that motif” depicted in the well-known illustrations of “Chikyu no Arukikata. The company is also accepting entries of Disney travel experiences and Disney characters you would like to travel with until August 15, 2012, via a dedicated application form.
