Posted on August 1, 2023 by News Admin

Harmony Japan announced that the “Pirates of the Caribbean: The World’s End” Film∞ Orchestra will be held in the spring of 2024.

The fastest pre-sale for tickets for those two shows (April 11 and 12) will be accepted from July 29, 12:00 pm to August 6, 23:59 pm (first-come, first-served, seat selection available). Registration as a Club Harmony member is required to make reservations.

Disney on CLASSIC Premium “Pirates of the Caribbean: The World’s End” Film∞Orchestra” is a concert where you can enjoy the film with a live orchestra while the dialogue and sound effects remain in the original version (in English). The large screen projection of the film and the realistic sound will provide a one-of-a-kind experience.

This performance is the third in the series, following the first one in 2017 and the second one on August 3 and 4 this year. Linked to “Pirates of the Caribbean: At the World’s End,” the biggest hit in the series, the 75-member orchestra will perform famous songs from the film. The orchestra will be performed by THE ORCHESTRA JAPAN, which was founded in 2015 and made its debut at the “Disney on Classic: Spring Music Festival,” and its sound is well known to Disney fans.

The orchestra will be conducted by Ichiro Saito, who also served as a conductor for the 2017 and 2021 “Pirates of the Caribbean: The Cursed Pirates” Film-Infinity Orchestras.

Francesco Sasaki, who has been guiding “Disney on Classic: A Maho no Yoru no Kikai” since 2008, will be in charge of navigating the program.

Tickets are all reserved seats: SS seats 13,000 yen, S seats 9,800 yen, A seats 8,800 yen, and student seats 1,800 yen (only student seats will be available from the general sale date). The venue is the Tokyo Metropolitan Art Space Concert Hall, with the performance starting at 18:30 on April 11, 2024, and at 15:00 on April 12, 2024. The performance will be in English with Japanese subtitles and last approximately 3 hours and 10 minutes including intermission.
