Car navigation application “Yahoo! Car Navi” (Android version) provided by Yahoo Japan now supports “Android Auto,” which enhances the convenience of working with Android devices.
The large screen supports safe and comfortable driving by displaying illustrations of intersections and alerting drivers to pause and zone 30 areas. Just by starting “Yahoo! Car Navi” on an Android device connected to a compatible display audio system, users can view routes and check directions on a large screen with an interface optimized for car driving.
Regulatory icons such as road closures, lane restrictions, and chain restrictions are also displayed. During navigation, a voice alert alerts the driver when approaching a stop sign or zone 30 area. In addition, users can set their search history and destinations from home and work, and search for destinations by voice with the Google Assistant.
