Walt Disney minifigures, too! Take a journey through Disney’s masterpieces as you assemble the “LEGO Walt Disney Tribute: The Camera”!

Posted on August 1, 2023 by News Admin

LEGO Japan will release “LEGO Walt Disney Tribute: Camera” on September 1. The price is 13,980 yen, and reservations are being accepted at the official online store.

Ages 18 and up, 811 total pieces. It is a tribute model to commemorate Disney’s 100th anniversary.

This model was created for adult Disney fans. Film production items such as old-style movie cameras, clappers, and multiplane cameras can be reproduced with LEGO.

The included film contains 20 stills from Disney films such as “Beauty and the Beast,” “The Little Mermaid,” and “Anna and the Snow Queen,” as well as classics such as “Robin Hood,” “Bianca’s Adventure,” and “The Jungle Book,” and new classics that have set the Disney movie milestone. You can enjoy these films in LEGO-style one-scenes.

The top of the kachinko can be decorated with Walt Disney minifigures, Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse black-and-white minifigures, as well as Bambi and Dumbo minifigures.

The multi-plane camera shows three frames of the production process of the short film “Symphony in the Windmill House,” which is a fan favorite. The old-style camera side also comes with a rotating camera lens, and the unit can be opened to include Walt Disney in a production studio-style area.

It measures approximately 21 x 19 x 37 cm (W x D x H) and is a challenging size to assemble. The set also comes with a gorgeous booklet full of information about Disney, the camera, and a description of the set.
