Sado Kisen has launched the “Sado My Car Day Trip Pack,” a special value one-day trip product that includes round-trip car ferry passenger car transportation and round-trip second-class boarding for two adults.
In the spring of 2023, the car ferry “Kogane-maru” will enter service on the Ogi – Naoetsu route, allowing vehicles to be loaded on the Ogi – Naoetsu route in addition to the Ryotsu – Niigata route. In addition to round-trip use on both routes, passengers can also make round-trips on different routes on the outbound and inbound routes.
Fees are based on the basic plan of one vehicle plus two adults, with the number of passengers added at an additional cost. Also included is a “Sado-Niigata Tourist Facility Discount Certificate” that entitles the passenger to various privileges at designated facilities on Sado Island. Payment can also be made with “Sado Travel Coupons,” which will be exhibited as a return gift for Sado City hometown tax payments.
