JR East will change the reserved-seat and green fees for its “No tte-no tanoshii train” (sightseeing train) from October 1.
After the change, the reserved seat fee for the following trains will be 840 yen (half price for children), which will be unified with “Kairi” and “HIGH RAIL 1375”, which had different fees. In addition, when this fare category is applied, there will be no difference in the fare for each season, and the price will be the same all year round.

For the Green Car connected to the “SL Banetsu Monogatari”, a new dedicated fare system will be established: 2,000 yen for up to 150 km and 3,000 yen for 151 km or more. For example, the current fare for a Green Car between Niitsu Station and Aizu-Wakamatsu Station (111.0 km) is 1,000 yen, but after the revision it will be 2,000 yen.
Note that the above changes are applied based on the train car used, so if the same car is used for a train with a different name, the fare will be the same as above.
