APA Hotel acquires land for the development of its second hotel at Shibuya Station. 2-minute walk from Hanzomon Line, Ginza Line and Tokyu Toyoko Line

APA Group announced that it has acquired a site in Dogenzaka 2-chome, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, for the development of its second hotel building at Shibuya Station.

Located in the Dogenzaka area, a 2-minute walk from the Tokyo Metro Hanzomon, Ginza, Fukutoshin, Tokyu Toyoko and Tokyu Denentoshi lines, 2 minutes from the Keio Inokashira line, and 6 minutes from the JR line.

APA Hotel Dogenzaka-ue Shibuya (20-1 Maruyama-cho, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo), an 8-minute walk from the Hachiko exit of the JR line, is currently operating a hotel project with 247 rooms in two buildings, with an additional building being constructed on an adjacent site to the existing building. The company aims to further increase demand for the hotel and has decided to acquire the land this time.

The details of the plan will be announced as soon as they are determined.
