On August 1, Citizen will release two special limited edition models based on the Eco-Drive Diver 200 with a “Spider-Man” suit motif.
Each is limited to 500 pieces, priced at 55,000 yen.
The “Spider-Man” model is inspired by the well-known “Spider-Man” in his blue and red suit. The color scheme of the hour and minute hand borders and aluminum bezel are inspired by the suit. In addition, the character’s face is placed on the index at 12 o’clock, and the spider symbol on the suit’s chest is placed in the center of the dial. The back of the watch is specially engraved with “FRIENDLY NEIGHBORHOOD SPIDER-MAN.
The “Miles Morales” model is inspired by another Spider-Man in a black-and-red suit. The color scheme of the hour and minute hand borders and aluminum bezel were designed to resemble the Spider suit, with the character’s face on the 12 o’clock index and the spider symbol on the suit’s chest in the center of the dial. The back of the watch is specially engraved with “PROTECTOR OF NEW YORK”.
Both models are water resistant to 200m diving in accordance with ISO standards. They are received in a limited edition box with a catchphrase.
