The Empire Grill at the Disney Ambassador Hotel will offer the “Tokyo Disney Resort 40th Anniversary ‘Dream Go Round’ Empire Grill Dinner” (12,800 yen) from July 24 to August 31.
The main course includes “grilled beef sirloin,” “grilled beef tenderloin,” and “herb-scented grilled lamb chops,” and for an additional 8,000 yen, a choice of “grilled Japanese black beef tenderloin.
That’s no wonder, as the Empire Grill has a great way of grilling meat to such a high degree of perfection that many fans have come to patronize the restaurant! The newly offered course is a linked menu commemorating the 40th anniversary of Tokyo Disney Resort. The five-course menu includes an amuse bouche with flavors perfect for summer, appetizer “Caesar Salad with Camembert and Fig Rustic Pie,” and more.
Next is the main course we have been waiting for, and this time we chose the “Grilled Lamb Chop with Herbs”, which comes on the bone. The herbs make the lamb juicier and easier to eat. It is truly a taste of bliss.
Vegetables are served with seasonal vegetables such as sweet pumpkin. In the cocotte, mashed potatoes are topped with cheese.
The course concludes with a summery “Tropical Fruit Mousse with Pineapple Compote and Coconut Iced Milk”. It looks gorgeous and festive.
