Ajinomoto Reopens and Renews Cook Do Factory Tour Course. Enjoy learning through the five senses with the use of motion sensors.

Posted on July 16, 2023 by News Admin

Ajinomoto will renew the “Cook Do” tour course at its Kawasaki Plant on July 22 to mark the 45th anniversary of the launch of the Chinese seasoning “Cook Do.

Cook Do” uses carefully selected Chinese seasonings and spices to reproduce professional cooking methods. With only a few familiar ingredients, you can easily enjoy authentic Chinese dishes at home. In the factory tour course, visitors can observe the process of filling pouches with sauces prepared using ingredients and production methods that reproduce the chef’s taste, sterilizing the sauces, and packaging and shipping them.

This time, factory tours, which were temporarily suspended, will resume for the first time in three and a half years. The course has been renewed so that children can enjoy it more than ever.

In a corner equipped with a motion sensor, visitors can enjoy learning through all five senses, for example, by listening to realistic sounds of actual cooking in a wok. In addition, there are videos and presentations for children to enjoy. In addition, there will be a cooking and tasting section where anyone can experience how easy it is to prepare delicious Chinese dishes.

The target audience for the tour has been changed from 5th grade elementary school students and above to 1st grade elementary school students and above.
