Kaijirushi has released a 165mm santoku knife and a 150mm multi knife from its “MANASAYA” series of knives with saya at its official online store and home centers. They are available in two colors, beige and green. The price is 2,750 yen.
A kitchen knife with a sheath that can also be used as a simple cutting board. Two locks on the outside and a hook on the inside hold the knife firmly in place, allowing it to be carried safely. The knife has a new slim handle shape that allows for a firm grip, and both the sheath and knife are dishwasher-safe, so they can be used hygienically.
