Yamakyo has signed a franchise agreement with Tanamo Forest for its forest rental service “forenta” and will begin accepting entries for a new area (1075 Tonda-cho, Wakaba-ku, Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture) in Tonda-cho, Wakaba-ku, Chiba City.
forenta is a service that rents one plot of forest land on an annual contract basis. During the contract period, visitors can visit anytime without making reservations, and the contract can be renewed except under special circumstances.
Since the plots are occupied spaces, they can meet the needs of those who want to enjoy camping and outdoor activities in a quiet environment, or those who want their own space but are reluctant to purchase, manage, or inherit forest lands.
The average lot size is approximately 750-1350m2, and the annual fee is 99,000 yen. entries are being accepted until July 2, and participation in the joint preview on July 8-9 is mandatory. The first day of use is August 1.
