Takamatsu Airport will hold a commemorative event on July 1 to celebrate the 60th anniversary of JAL’s Takamatsu – Haneda service and the 30th anniversary of ANA’s Takamatsu – Naha service.
The day will also include a lecture by Hidekazu Tanaka, a former air traffic controller, on “Aviation from the perspective of the air traffic control world” (13:30-14:30), an Okinawa eisa performance (12:30-13:00), and performances by official performers of the Kagawa Five Arrows of the B League (12:00, 14:30, 16:15), There will also be an ANA/JAL uniform wearing experience for children, airport bus tours (advance registration required), and more.
A photo contingent will also be held to commemorate this anniversary. The judges will be Luke Ozawa and Charlie Furusho, and entries will be accepted from July 10 to August 31.
