Grand Park Nagayu” in Taketa, Oita Prefecture. Glamping with bicarbonate hot spring open-air bath and sauna

Posted on June 19, 2023 by News Admin

Nagayu Hot Tub opened Grand Park Nagayu (3011 Nagayu, Naoirimachi, Takeda City, Oita Prefecture).

This glamping/auto campground takes advantage of Takeda City’s valuable bicarbonate spring water, and visitors can enjoy Nagayu hot spring water, which is free-flowing, in the open-air baths and footbaths. The one-day hot spring fee is 1,000 yen, and available from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

The attached tent sauna can be used by up to two people at the same time for 2,000 yen per person for two hours. A water bath and outdoor air bath bed sheets are permanently installed in front of the sauna, and visitors can get in shape in the great outdoors surrounded by mountains and rivers.

There is also an auto-camping area with ample space so that campers do not have to worry about the distance between them and their neighbors, and a free tent area close to the administration building for easy access to the changing rooms. Indoor camping with tents set up indoors can be enjoyed in any season without worrying about insects.
