CITIZEN WATCH will release “The CITIZEN” limited edition model “AQ1050-50W” with brown dial on June 28, 2012, limited to 100 pieces and priced at 385,000 yen.
The brown-colored dial with its unique pattern and metallic coating expresses a sense of dynamism and dignity reminiscent of the flapping wings of the eagle, the symbol of The Citizen. The stainless steel case and bracelet are coated with “DuraTect Platinum,” a unique surface treatment technology. It is highly resistant to scratches and has achieved a transparent color tone.
The photo-powered Eco-Drive movement also features a calendar update function just at 0 o’clock and a charge level indicator, eliminating the need for periodic battery replacement.
This model will be sold exclusively at the Citizen Flagship Store, Citizen Premium Doors, and Citizen Concept Shop.
