Disney Store, “Stitch Day” Commemorative Items. Plush toys/mirrors/blankets and more in cool designs!

Posted on June 15, 2023 by News Admin

Walt Disney Japan will release new Stitch items at Disney Store stores and the official online store “shopDisney” on June 16 in anticipation of “Stitch Day” on June 26 (pre-sale at Disney Flagship Tokyo on June 13).

Stitch is the 626th prototype alien created by the evil genius scientist Dr. Jamba. Stitch Day was created in honor of that prototype part number.

The new items include plush toys and plush keychains with cool summery designs featuring original artwork of Stitch in his pajamas and playing with his laundry.

In addition, cool goods such as cool blankets and dakimakura, which are made of contact-cooling material, will be available. Also available will be projectors, LED lights, loungewear, hair turbans, mirrors with storage, dispensers, bath mats, and Tsum Tsum and Uru-Po-Chan plushies.

In addition, Stitch items sold at overseas Disney parks and other locations are also available. The collection is eye-catching with its colorful colors and playful designs, and includes collectible items such as plush toys, ornaments, and secret pin badges, as well as home items such as bath mats and towels.

In celebration of “Stitch Day,” the company has also collaborated with the Honolulu Cookie Company, a popular Hawaiian souvenir cookie brand. The original packaging features a design of Stitch holding a pineapple, and comes in an assortment of four varieties: Chocolate Chip Macadamia, Pineapple Macadamia, Mango Macadamia, and Guava. Available in a pineapple shape box and a gift box, the product will go on sale on June 26.
