The Japan Burger Championship Executive Committee will hold Japan Burger Championship 2023, a competition to determine the best hamburger in Japan, from June 9 to 11 at Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse (1-1 Shinko, Naka-ku, Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture).
Popular hamburger stores from all over the country will gather at the venue to compete in the competition of skill and taste, with the winner, of course, getting the right to represent Japan in the “World Food Championships” to be held in the U.S. in November.
In addition to watching and cheering for the competition, visitors will be able to enjoy hamburgers, french fries, and beers that have made their first appearance in Japan at a total of 22 restaurants. In addition, there will be collaborative goods for sale, a raffle to win luxurious accommodation tickets at Hoshino Resort, and a “Fly to Fly Project” booth that aims to use discarded cooking oil for aviation fuel.
The “Japan French Fries Championship 2023,” a competition to determine the best French fries restaurant in Japan by public voting, will also be held at the same time.
