JAL and JALUX have opened a comprehensive online shopping mall, JAL Mall.
JAL Mileage Bank (JMB) members can earn 1 mile per 100 yen of purchase by logging in with their JMB member number and password. In addition, JAL Card members who pay with a JAL Card will earn 2 miles per 200 yen, and those who subscribe to JAL Card Shopping Mileage Premium will accumulate 2 miles per 100 yen, for a maximum of 3 miles per 100 yen.
In the future, points for the new status program scheduled to start in January 2024 will also be available. Miles accumulated can be converted into 1,000 “JAL Shopping Points” in units of 1,000 miles, and each point can be paid at 1 yen.
The JAL Mall will offer a total of 29 of Japan’s leading stores in fashion, household goods, furniture, home electronics, gourmet foods, etc. JAL Group products will be sold through “JAL Shopping,” which consolidates the JAL Brand Communication Store and JAL Agri-Port Online Shop, which have been separately operated up until now. In addition, JAL Group products will be sold through “JAL SHOP,” an in-flight sales online store, and “SORAKARA OTODOKE,” an online store that directly delivers products from production areas.
