On May 30, Ikaros Shuppan released “Monthly Airline July 2023,” an A4-size, 172-page book priced at 1,595 yen.

The special feature is “The Airport. Fukuoka Airport is a favorite among aviation enthusiasts for its wide variety of airlines and aircraft, from large to small aircraft, as well as its very popular observation deck. In recent years, the airport has undergone a major transition, with the renovation of the passenger terminal and the construction of a new runway. We have researched the front lines of such an exciting Fukuoka Airport. We also provide a photography guide, interviews with the staff in charge of each airline, and a boarding report on the Seoul route.

Also included are news reports on JAL 777-200ER’s Shimojishima charter, which is about to be fully retired, and Flying Eye Hospital, which flies around the world for ophthalmic care.
