The work was created by Kan Yasuda, an Italian-based sculptor from Bibai City, Hokkaido, Japan. The work allows visitors to view the magnificent pastureland of Northern Farm, the birthplace of Deep Impact and his offspring, and to feel the trajectory of the thoroughbred by touching him freely.

Also, at the entrance of the wooden path leading to the monument, there is a famous board with the words of the owner, Mr. Masato Kaneko, and his wife, Mineko, who wrote their thoughts on the monument. Visitors can enjoy the seasonal beauty of nature, as well as the horses and the events that take place there.
