Mosquito coil holder made in collaboration with Banko-yaki, an intangible cultural asset of Yokkaichi City, Mie Prefecture, which has been handed down for about 300 years. In addition to outdoor scenes such as summer camps, it can be used on the porch or in the garden at home.
Installation is completed by simply hooking a commercially available mosquito coil on the hook inside, and the length and angle of the wire can be adjusted to match the coil. The metal handle, convenient for carrying, is beautifully designed with rattan wrapped around it like a vine, and the contours and patterns of the lid are carefully crafted by hand, one by one.
