JR Tokai has launched the third phase of its “Izaza Nara” campaign to promote the attractions of Nara, highlighting the Kasuga Taisha Shrine and Takahata area. As part of this campaign, JR Tokai, in cooperation with Nara Prefecture and Nara Kotsu, has begun operating a wrapped bus service in Nara City.
Two limited-edition wrapped buses with poster designs featuring actor Ryohei Suzuki, who serves as the campaign’s image character, will run in Nara City. The main areas of operation will be from Kintetsu Nara Station to Yamamura-cho and from Kintetsu Nara Station to the Nara Prefectural General Medical Center.
