Senshukai’s mail-order business Belle Maison will begin selling five of the 11 products in its second series of “Suica no Penguin Goods” at Belle Maison JRE MALL stores from April 24, and the other six products from April 28 (not available on Belle Maison Net).
The first product, a tissue case and plastic bottle cooler with a “Suica penguin” design, went on sale on March 1, and the product received a great response, with items temporarily running out of stock. This time, therefore, the company decided to launch some of the products ahead of schedule.
The second series includes slippers with realistic plump bellies, an elastic key chain, a bucket hat with embroidery, and a T-shirt designed to link the footprints of parents and children when they line up. All of these items are said to make the “Suica penguins” a fun and convenient addition to everyday life.
In addition, at the “Suica Penguin Goods Fair” being held until May 2 at the JRE MALL Cafe in JR Yokohama Station (inside the Central North ticket gate), all six products sold in the first phase and five products from the second phase that were previously released will be on display. Visitors will be able to hold in their hands the products that are only available online. The cafe is open from 7:00 to 21:00, and the showroom from 11:00 to 20:00.
