Heiwa Real Estate has begun construction of Caption by Hyatt Kabuto-cho Tokyo (12 Nihonbashi Kabuto-cho, Chuo-ku, Tokyo), scheduled to open in 2025.
Hyatt’s newest lifestyle hotel brand, “Caption by Hyatt,” welcomes guests and locals alike to the hotel and aims to be a community where guests can connect with each other and with the local community. Since the Meiji era, Nihonbashi Kabutocho has had a history as a “town of starting things,” “town of investment,” and “town of securities,” and has been a stage where innovation of each era took place, investors gathered, and a variety of information was exchanged. Based on this historical background, the concept is “to create a town where people gather and where investment and growth are born.
Caption by Hyatt Kabuto-cho Tokyo will be located a one-minute walk from Kayabacho Station on the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line and Hibiya Line, a two-minute walk from Nihonbashi Station on the Ginza Line and Toei Asakusa Line, and an eight-minute walk from Mitsukoshimae Station on the Hanzomon Line. The building will have a total of 195 guest rooms and will have 12 floors above ground and one below.
