Anchor, 33L portable refrigerator. Built-in battery operates up to 32 hours.

Posted on April 24, 2023 by News Admin

On April 19, Anker Japan released the Anker EverFrost Powered Cooler 30, a battery-powered portable refrigerator. It is priced at 99,990 yen.

The refrigerator is equipped with a battery capacity of 299 Wh, which is equivalent to a small portable power supply, and is said to have cooling performance equivalent to that of a home-use refrigerator. The maximum operating time is 32 hours (when the outside temperature is 30℃ and the inside temperature is 4℃). The 33-liter cabinet can hold 40 350-mL cans or six 2-liter PET bottles.

A solar panel (sold separately) can be used to charge the unit’s battery, and the unit has one USB Type-C and two USB Type-A outputs, so it can be used not only as a refrigerator but also for charging smartphones.

The “Anker EverFrost Powered Cooler 40” (43L) and “Anker EverFrost Powered Cooler 50” (53L), both with increased capacity, will be available for pre-order on May 16 and mid-June, respectively. The former is scheduled to go on sale on May 16, and the latter in mid-June.
