WILLER EXPRESS launched the “Weekday Bullet Trip” on April 14 on the “WILLER TRAVEL” reservation website, offering up to 57% discount on the WILLER EXPRESS express bus.
Departure dates are limited to weekdays from April 14 to July 13 (some Fridays only) on a total of 16 routes including major cities such as Tokyo-Osaka, Tokyo-Nagoya, and Osaka-Hiroshima. In addition, some departures on Saturdays and Sundays are also available. The only seat type available is Relax.
On weekdays, which are less crowded than weekends, a one-way trip from Tokyo to Osaka costs 4,500 yen and a one-way trip from Tokyo to Nagoya costs 3,000 yen, making it possible to enjoy a bullet trip at a reasonable price.
In addition, a “Twitter Campaign” is scheduled to be conducted for more economical travel. Details will be announced around early May on the company’s official Twitter (@WILLER_TRAVEL).
