Tokyu Kabukicho Tower is located adjacent to Cine City Square in Kabukicho, Shinjuku-ku, and was built around the former site of Shinjuku TOKYU MILANO (closed in 2014) and Hotel Green Plaza Shinjuku, which housed the Shinjuku Milanza road show theater. It is a 48-story high-rise complex consisting of a cinema, theater, live hall, and other entertainment facilities, as well as a hotel, restaurants, and other facilities.

In this report, we will introduce “HOTEL GROOVE SHINJUKU, A PARKROYAL Hotel”, a lifestyle hotel occupying the 20th to 38th floors, “JAM17 DINING & BAR”, a restaurant and bar on the 17th floor, and the live hall “Zepp Shinjuku ( TOKYO” on the 17th floor.

HOTEL GROOVE SHINJUKU, A PARKROYAL Hotel

HOTEL GROOVE SHINJUKU is a lifestyle hotel for users who seek added value beyond staying overnight, a category that offers design-conscious spaces at a relatively reasonable price point. It is designed to be integrated with the experiences and lingering memories of the entertainment facilities in Tokyu Kabukicho Tower, as well as the anticipation of shows. Special rooms for fans will also be available for a limited time.

For example, immediately after opening, the 24th floor is hosting “LIFESTYLEHOTEL EVA,” a collaboration with Evangelion, until July 20, offering room coordination and original amenities reminiscent of each Eva pilot.

Some guest rooms have a rather unusual layout, with beds facing a large window. In this case, the TV is not in front of the bed, but off to the side. Even in rooms that are not so spacious, guests can enjoy the view of Shinjuku from the window while sitting on the bed with a drink in hand.

A shower room with a rain shower and a toilet are provided in a separate room, but there is no bathtub. Bath amenities are provided in large bottles that cannot be taken home. Each room is equipped with a refrigerator in Kara, mineral water for the number of guests, Marshall Bluetooth speakers, and an air purifier.

Premier Suite Twin “Premier Suite Twin” is a spacious 61m2 long and narrow room with 8 rooms. Basically, the rooms are designed for two persons, but up to four persons can be accommodated with futon bedding. There are two shower rooms and two toilets. The rooms have large windows throughout and offer a good view of the city.

Garden Suite King Overlooking Shinjuku Gyoen, this 53m2 suite has a spacious living area with a washing machine and microwave oven.
