PowerArQ” by Kashima Trading will release the “ICEBERG 45L” portable refrigerator on April 6. Prior to this, the company is accepting pre-orders until April 5, and will offer a limited 25% discount (44,550 yen).
The new version has a large 45-liter capacity and two independent compartments, which can hold approximately 66 350-mL cans or 37 500-mL PET bottles. The two separate compartments allow one to be used as a refrigerator and the other as a freezer.
The cooling system uses a compressor system that cools in a short time and can maintain the set temperature of up to -20°C for a long period of time. the cooling time from -20°C to -20°C is approximately 110 minutes, allowing the freezing and refrigeration of favorite drinks and food even outdoors or overnight in the car.
With the use of an optional battery, the device can be used without power. Two input ports allow for both AC and DC power. It can be powered from a household outlet or portable power source with the included adapter, from a car’s cigarette lighter socket, or from PowerArQ Solar with an optional cable.
An extendable and retractable handle is installed on the front of the main unit, and a wheel with a diameter of 15 cm is equipped on the bottom of one side. It can now be carried by rolling it on the ground with the wheels like a carry bag.
It is available in two colors: coyote tan and olive drab. The price will be 59,400 yen for the main unit and 19,800 yen for the battery.
