Kanagawa Prefecture has announced that its nationwide travel support “Come, Kanagawa! (Phase 2)” will be extended through June 30. The program had been scheduled to run until March 31 (including check-out on April 1) after resuming at the beginning of the year, but will continue until the budget limit is reached.
In addition to a flat 20% subsidy (up to 5,000 yen per night for travel products with transportation/up to 3,000 yen per night for other products), local coupons (2,000 yen per night on weekdays/1,000 yen per night on holidays) will continue to be given for the purchase of souvenirs and for eating and drinking.
